Wife MARION WALTON (in reality MARION MARIA HOGAN WEBB). Otago Daily Times 8 November 1871 - The following prisoners were last evening received into the Gaol - Marion Maria Hogan Webb, committed for trial at Clyde, on the 1st Nov. inst., by Mr. Vincent Pyke RM., and Messrs. J. Hazlett and C. Knight, JPs, on a charge of having, on the 4th of August last, at the Kawarau Gorge, felonously married Thomas Stewart Brodie Leslie, her former husband, John Webb being then alive. Dunedin Jan 8 1782 - Marion Maria Hogan Webb sentenced 6 months for bigamy.
