GUERNSEY Cluetts

George, Thomas and Joseph Cluett all sons of George Cluett of Bagber, relocated from Bagber to Guernsey.  It would seem that Thomas was the initial traveller as in 1827 he is found there by himself. At this point he had been there 19 months and was working as a baker. Would love to hear from you if you do can add to this lot.

I have been looking through the tree you sent.  I see way at the bottom of the Guernsey page my William Cluett is there.

William was born abt 1843 to Mary Ann Mabire, daughter or Joseph Charles Mabire and Marie Agate LeGattelois if you need the info.  I have no other info and was hoping to find some relative in the UK living off this branch.  Do you know of any...or anyone who might?  Mary Ann was my grandfather's sister...they moved to Guernsey. I do not know if they married in Gsy or the UK.  A couple of others of my ancestors lived in Portsea and I am wondering if they met their husbands when the Navy was in Gsy or whether they went to the Uk and met them there.....always a mystery lurking somewhere.

Sure appreciate that tie up. Do you know who his parents were?
